Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples- peeled, cored, and small diced
 - 2 T grass fed butter or ghee
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - 1/2 C coconut sugar
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp all spice
 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg
 - 1 tsp sea salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 1/2 lbs pork chops
 - 1 T avocado oil

Instructions
- In a small saucepan on low heat, add the diced apples, butter or ghee, garlic, coconut sugar cumin, cinnamon, all spices, nutmeg, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper. Stirring occasionally, cook the mixture until the apples are tender, about 10 minutes.
 - While the apple mixture is cooking, sprinkle the pork chops with ½ teaspoon of sea salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper.
 - Add the avocado oil to a medium skillet on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the pork chops and cook each side for about 7-10 minutes.
 - If you have thicker pork chops, you will want to place them in the oven at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes to finish cooking. My pork chops were about 1/2 inch thick, and I did not need to do this.
 - Once the pork chops are cooked to the desired doneness, top them with the spiced apple mixture and serve.
