Balsamic Grilled Chicken Thighs

Balsamic Grilled Chicken Thighs

These chicken thighs are marinated overnight and grilled. They are easy and flavorful, and perfect for meal prep. Not to mention they are Whole30 and Paleo compatible.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 T coconut aminos
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion powder, coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon sea salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, cover the container, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. After the chicken has marinated, remove it from the liquid and sprinkle the thighs with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
  3. Grill the chicken until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink.
  4. Enjoy with grilled vegetables or use for meal prep.
