Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I used to hate Brussels sprouts. As time has gone on, I’ve realized I didn’t like them because of how they were cooked. When they are roasted or air-fried, I can eat them every day. For this recipe, they are tossed in balsamic vinegar with a couple of spices and roasted. It’s an easy way to get veggies in with your meal.

Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Crispy brussels sprouts are my favorite version of this veggie. This recipe uses balsamic vinegar to add flavor and they are also Paleo and Whole30 compatible.
