Honey Mustard

Honey mustard is my favorite dipping sauce and dressing. I can eat it on anything. This is a simple recipe that makes a creamy, tangy dressing. It’s perfect on chicken, salads, veggies, pretty much anything you can think of.

Honey mustard is a staple in my house, and not all versions are created equal. This one is thick, creamy, tangy, and sweet. It's also Paleo and gluten-free.

Ingredients
  • 1 C avocado oil
  • 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 C stone-ground mustard
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or large jar for the immersion blender and blend until fully combined for about 2-3 minutes.
