Be sure to check the ingredients of the frozen hash browns because that is a product that tends to have a lot of additives snuck into it.
A few years ago, I had a small meal prep side hustle while we lived in Missouri. I would create different menus each week for my clients to choose what they would like to eat. Each week was a different menu, and I would occasionally repeat popular meals. Every time I would add this casserole to the menu, I would sell out within an hour. I had nightmares about having to make four-gallon batches of this cheese sauce. I forgot about this casserole until an old client reached out and asked for the recipe. So here it is.
