Savory Whipped Sweet Potatoes

I love sweet potatoes in any form. My absolute favorite type of sweet potato is the Japanese sweet potato. It has the consistency of normal white potato and it’s not as sweet as a regular sweet potato. If you haven’t tried this type before, I highly recommend them. These whipped sweet potatoes are a great addition to any meal.
