I work with adults experiencing a variety of nutrition-related health issues, including bloating, IBS, food sensitivities, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and inflammation. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your health history, symptoms, and goals to determine whether we're a good fit. If your needs fall outside my scope of practice, I'll gladly help point you toward the appropriate provider.
How personalized is the plan?
Every recommendation is tailored to you. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all diet, we'll create a nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your health history, symptoms, goals, food preferences, schedule, and any available lab work. My goal is to develop a realistic plan that fits your life and supports long-term success.
What makes your approach different from a dietitian or other nutritionists?

My approach focuses on understanding the why behind your symptoms rather than simply managing them. I take a whole-person approach, considering nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, digestion, and other factors that may be affecting your health. Together, we'll work to identify potential root causes while building sustainable habits that support lasting wellness.
Do you run lab testing or work with my existing labs?

Yes. If you have recent lab work, we'll review it together to identify patterns that may help guide your nutrition plan. When appropriate, I may also recommend functional or conventional laboratory testing to gather additional information. Any testing recommendations will be discussed with you based on your individual needs and goals.
Will I have to cut out all my favorite foods?

My goal isn't to put you on a restrictive diet unless it's clinically appropriate. Together, we'll identify which foods support your health and which may be contributing to your symptoms. In many cases, we'll focus on adding nourishing foods rather than simply taking foods away. If temporary eliminations are recommended, I'll guide you through the process and work toward expanding your diet whenever possible.

How often will we meet?

Your care plan is tailored to your unique needs and goals. After your initial consultation, most clients continue with a follow-up package that includes two visits per month. These sessions provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and personalized adjustments to help you build sustainable habits and continue making progress. As your health improves, we can reassess your needs and adjust the frequency of visits accordingly.
What kind of support do I get between sessions?
You'll receive ongoing guidance, accountability, and support throughout your program. Depending on the package you choose, you'll have access to follow-up appointments, educational resources, and messaging support to help answer questions, overcome challenges, and adjust your plan as you make progress.
