Ground Chicken & Veggie Skillet

I'm currently doing a detox protocol, and veggies are a big priority. With my work schedule, I need easy meals I can warm up quickly and eat while I get a short break. This meal takes about 20 minutes to cook and is excellent, topped with fresh herbs and avocado. If you have any additional veggies from your garden you need to use, this recipe is versatile, and adding vegetables will just make it better.

One-pan meals that cook quickly are life-saving right now, and I think most people feel the same way during the fall season. It seems to be a busy season for most, and this meal will take a little stress off your plate.
