I created this recipe for my meal prep customers. After the first time they ordered it, they constantly wanted it on the menu. If you don’t have turkey, ground pork or chicken will work also. Make sure to check the ingredients on the dried cranberries and sun-dried tomatoes if you are on a Whole30.
