Pumpkin Dip

This dip is very easy and so delicious. It tastes like pumpkin pie cheesecake and goes well with so many dipping options. I served it with apples, gluten-free ginger snaps, Siete Churro Strips, and Simple Mills Sweet Thins. With fall upon us and footballs season in full force, this would be the perfect appetizer or snack to serve. It would also make a great appetizer to put out on Thanksgiving while everyone is waiting for the feast to be done.

Pumpkin Dip

This pumpkin dip is dairy-free and is the perfect fall snack or dessert.

Ingredients
  • 1-15oz can pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 C maple sugar
  • 8oz dairy free cream cheese (I used Kite Hill)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • items for dipping- sliced apples,
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer or medium bowl.
  2. Use the whisk attachment on the stand mixer or use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients thoroughly. Keep whisking on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the dip in the refrigerator to set up for 4-5 hours.
  4. Serve with apples, ginger snaps, Siete Churro Strips, or Simple Mills Sweet Thins.
